Hey everybody, my names Art and I'm from vermont. I haven't got my first smoker yet as temps are still in the 30s here. I love BBQ and can't wait for warmer weather to get started. I grill constantly and now want to get into smoking my food. I'm mostly going to be doing ribs, brisket, chicken and pork. Looking around the forums to see what other people are using and just taking in all the helpful tips. I just signed up for the 5 day e-course and I'm pretty excited to get that started.
