New to the Forum

Hi All - I live in New Mexico and love to cook, grill, and smoke! I'm looking to learn more, get new ideas and generally have some fun talking with all of you.

I have always used a propane smoker, but am exploring designing/building a smoke house.

I'm so glad I found this forum!
