Hello fellow enQusiasts. I'm a long time BBQer from Kentucky. Developed Burbank's Real BBQ in Cincy years ago when Gary Burbank got me hooked on Q. Have been using a Masterbuilt Electric Smoker for quite awhile. Thinking of adding a Traeger to the mix this spring. Really enjoy the recipes from Jeff as well as other techniques. Was fortunate at judging for a few years in Memphis and realized then that Qing is a passion. Looking forward to the Forum.
