new to the forum

Live in Miami, FL.  Have a new Masterbuilt 30" black vertical electric smoker.  Have been smoking on my gas grill for a couple of years.  I am a very good coock in the kitchen so I hope to pick up the basics pretty quickly.  Have been doing alot of reading and hopefully you guys will be there when I ask the stupid questions.
