New to the forum

Glad to fine a new forum. Looks like everyone is very helpful. I grew up in Talladega, AL. I now live in Louisiana. My brother was a big Qer. He was known for his Boston butts and his sauce. He was killed along with his wife in a ride. I wanted to carry on his tradition with q'ing. Took a BBQ class in Houstion three years ago. Waiting on on my new Party Gator from Gator Pits to arrive the end of the month. I named my smoking/grilling outdoor room "Blue Moon BBQ" because the love riding in my 66 Chrysler 300 convertible and listening to the song Blue Moon from the fifties. Looking forward to learning a lot from you experienced members. Oh yes, my name is Gayle.
