Hello everyone at smoking meat, let me begin by introducing myself, 30 years old work for the railroad out of Fargo, ND. Ive been smoking meats off and on for the past 5 years or so but really started doing more of it in the past couple months. The smoker i use is a Brinkman Vertical Gas Smoker but im in the process of building a small to medium sized smoke house. Look forward to reading and learning more on this great forum
