Hi all!  just a quick question...I'm going to smoke sme brats, chicken wings/drums, and some baked beans.  On my old Brinkman it was easy because I could spread everything out; now it's on top of one another...thinking beans on top then brats and then the chicken?  Does this sound right??? Thanks

Sounds good to me,,,i always keep the chicken on the lowest rack to keep away from the cross contamination...salmonella threat from the chicken.
