New to smoking!!

Hello. My name is Anthony, I'm 31 yrs old, I live in Cary IL, I have a beautiful wife and 2 kids. I received a pitboss 820 pellet smoker for fathers day this year!!! I have used it a few times already and am loving the experience!!! I have smoked chicken leg quarters, beef tenderloin (the leftover trimmings), and a pork but so far. I'm looking forward to years of enjoyment.
