I am from Pennsylvania and never smoked meat before
I have bought the Weston 36" Vertical Propane Gas Smoker and hope it works as good as the reviews say it does.
I bought the smoker for my husband who has been going to build a smoker and grill in my back yard for me for the last 30 years and never gotten around to it. I want to smoke meat and so does he so here we go!
I hope to get to know many of you and make yummy stuff all year round
