Hi all,

Jay from Canada here, we have been smoking meat for about 6 months now, and love it. We have stopped buying bacon from the grocery store and are always looking for new recipes to try :) We charcoal smoke on a Char griller smoking pro.

I hope to learn a lot more about what our smoker can do.
