New to Smoking From Alabama

Hey everyone. I am completely new to smoking meat. I am 22 and just received a master built 30 two door vertical propane smoker as a wedding present from a close friend and am getting ready to start into this world after wanting to smoke meats myself for so long. I've read on this forum quite a bit and am hoping to learn a lot from yall on here.
