Hello everybody, I live in Northern Virginia. I just joined because I'm considering getting back into sausage making and cooking outdoors a lot more. My two boys are 5 and 7. My youngest loves hunting and fishing so we have a lot of meat in the freezer. I was into sausage making about 16 years ago and now I find myself buying smoked sausage at the gun shows for my boys. I think it's time to show them how it's made. I have to refresh my memory on the process again. Luckily I have great reference material and all of the equipment needed.
