new to smf

I've been smoking for a few years with my weber bullet. It is pretty amazing. I found this forum when I was looking into doing sausages. Lots of info here. I've already done some bologna and snack sticks with great success. I have some pepperoni ready for tomorrow. Thanks for the great forum.
