I'm new to the site so thought I'd say hi. I used to smoke with a Brinkmann cabinet smoker that had a side fire box, but since the littles one came and I started going to school again for my D.Sc I don't have the time to put into the "old school" smoker. So I just bought a MES 30 at Bass Pro Shops Black Friday sale and will get my fix the "lazy man way". Can't wait to buy an A-Maze-N pellet smoker to help up my smoke flavor to similar levels as the cabinet smoker.
