The special place is Curley's sausage kitchen in Fairbank Ia. They have a website same as above. Let me tell you the seasonings are awesome! There whole lineup is pretty much for making sausage and that sort of stuff there ground venison bacon is Great! As is everything they are haveing a smoking seminar on Oct. 24th we are going to be there it's the second annual we went last year and thats the reason i'm here now!!
