New to 'Que

Hey all!

Well, I have to say you all have been invaluable in the past 24 hours! My girlfriend got me a RiverGrille 29" grill/offset smoker as a gift yesterday. Since putting it together I've been scouring the web looking for information on starting down the path of Real BBQ...Not just burgers on the Propane grill kinda grilling. In all of my searches, this forum kept popping up and I must say the information has all been great!

Just wanted to say thank you for all the assistance...albiet unwittingly!

I agree...and so does she! ;-)

Just used it as a grill today, but looking forward to doing some smoking in the coming weeks...school isn't quite out for us yet so time is at a premium but once summer hits...its going to be a different story!
