New to me - Salmon Bellies ??>

I have smoked for many years, a friend came back form Alaska with bellies. Never done this? Any trick different than normal salmon?  Thanks a ton.  MMGood from Minnesota.

Here's a post I recent did on belly's and collars.  Brining, etc is no different than doing small Salmon pieces.
