After years of propane, I've made the jump to the world of charcoal. I think the last time I bought charcoal was when my parents sent me to the store for their Hibatchi.
I bought a Weber One Touch 22.5, my Smokenator is sitting in the post office and will arrive here tomorrow, and my shed is full of charcoal. I'm a big smoked fish fan so that might be my first project next weekend (trout or haddock). Looking forward to doing some brisket, too.
