Hello everyone, Jake here from Washington Court House, Ohio. Been smoking for a few years now, started with a Weber Kettle, moved to a homemade 55 gal. drum, bought a WSM last year and now in the process of building a offset smoker with warming box. Been reading along alittle while now and thought it would be good to participate.
