New to forum.

Hi all I'm new the forum and smoking. I use a char griller deluxe grill with the side fire box for offset smoking hope to upgrade to a better smoker soon (when my savings account allows me to). I have only done one cook so far it was pulled pork with a home made rub and injection marinade. I'm from Sydney Australia and look forward to cooking a lot more with my smoker.
