new member here. I have a chargriller smoking pro that my wife got me for Christmas 2 years ago. I have made it into a wonderful smoker with some inexpensive modifications. I am a pork smoker. I am starting to smoke different meats now. But I live in pulled pork country. Also home of vinegar bbq
