New to forum and excited

I am new to forum and glad to discover it. I live in rockwall Texas which is a suburb of Dallas. I have a bayou classic horizontal offset smoke and a Traeger texas elite pellet smoker. Been smoking meats for about 5 years and love the challenge of it.

Welcome fellow Texan and Traeger user!!!  Love my timberline.  Ah Rockwall my favorite town in Texas because they have the closest IN&Out Burger to me. 108 miles.  I could not live without a double double or a four by four regularly!!!!
