I'm pretty excited I'm getting back into another smoker again, this just came up, pressure tank for water. It's 5 feet by 20" around.
What would you build?
I've built the UDS, reverse flow and a t-barrel smoker in the past, was thinking a gravity feed with a decent heat baffle? I'd like something to do countless ribs, butts and brisket for friends and family but also my own sausage and pepperoni during hunting season. Not a pro. Lol
