finally got my smoker all set up...

Looks good!  Would you be willing to share where you got the plastic containers for your pellets?  That's a pretty good idea for keeping them dry.

I bought the containers at Walmart, for like $2 each i think

That looks way more organized than my setup. One of these days I might fix it (but probably not)
