New Smoker

I purchased a Char-broil H2o smoker at a garage sale a while back. It came with an instruction booklet on how to put it together but not how to use it. When I went online to look for instructions, I looked at the booklet I had to find the model. It says it is a H2O Demo. Does anyone know what the demo version is? It seems odd that it would be printed on the instruction booklet.

i dont know what a demo is..

it might be a store display model??
