New Smoker

A couple of weeks ago I bought an analog Masterbuilt 30" smoker on sale.  I had not smoked meat in years, my old Brinkman bullet charcoal job was too tough to regulate the heat with so I did not use it.  I will be using this new smoker, it works great!!  The first load was ribs and pork steaks, they are delicious.

Sounds good Jerry, I have an old MES that I have modified a bunch and it works great. When you get going again show us some pics of your creations.
