Hello everyone. I jumped right in by asking questions but I guess I should tell you a bit about me. I live in Utah and I love to cook meat! A friend of mine recently gave me a surprise gift of a smoker when he found out I didn't have one. It's a Masterbuilt electric smoker and since I've had it my wife and I have decided that we will never have another chicken cooked any other way than smoking! I am brand new to smoking so if you have any good advice I would love to hear it!
