Hey all, I just started smoking a little bit this summer up here in Cleveland on my gas grill and just picked up a Smoke Vault 24". I've enjoyed reading a lot of your threads trying to pick up tips and tricks and guide me to my purchase of an actual smoker. I have lots of questions that I'll begin posting immediately and can't wait for the feedback from some experts. Thanks for having me (although I invited myself :))
