New Smoker on the Block

My name is Freddy and I am new to smoking. I have been grilling for years but I just built a double Barrel big baby smoker and I am ready to start BBQ-ing and smoking. I live in San Pedro, California just on the coast of Los Angeles. I love me some good barbeque brisket, ribs, and pork. Now I only need to learn how to cook it up myself.
