New Smoker is HERE!!

Until I can get the plans finalized for building my new smoker on the trailer, I purchased the Country Smoker WHole Hog!! This thing is a BEAST! between it and my Treager 75 I think we will be able to compete and sell at contests this year!
Seasoned it and will have to break it in this weekend with a couple of briskets, shoulders and some Turkeys

Congrats on the new smoker................Damn nice unit......I have never heard of that brand before........Is it a pellet eat like the treager?........Best of luck...........

Yep, its a pellet smoker, Living in Colorado its easier to have a pellet smoker then try and find wood to smoke with!

I have a Smith & Wesson 38 Special made by Traeger. I dearly love mine had nothing but good smokes so far.

I've been doing KCBS Comps for the past two years. They allow electricity , but no gas or propane
