New smoker in SoCal

Evening everyone.  I am a complete rookie to smoking but the three times i've done it, I love it!!  By doing google searches for the meat I've prepared so far, this was the forum that gave me the best advice so I figured I'd join.  Looking forward to reading and asking as I go.
