new smoker here!

Well after reading the forums for a week now i finally joined. You all seem very smart when it comes to smoking and have enjoyed reading all the threads. Just purchased a cajun injector gas smoker and doing a small pork loin for the first time using hickory and apple sauce instead if water. Hopefully it turns out good! Well post pics when all said and done! Looking forward to joing a few conversations with you fellow smikers!
