New smoker here

Hey all, I'm Greg. Although I've smoked before, it was on a regular gas grill. I recently broke down and bought a Masterbuilt 2-door dual fuel smoker. I'm HOOKED! Lovin this thing! I've smoked 3 whole chickens and a Boston Butt so far and plan to smoke the Thanksgiving turkey and several other things this week.

I've been lurking around the forum and decided I might as well join...I like what I see and hope I can contribute.

Anyway, thought I'd do the right thing and introduce myself.

Thanks for the welcome! I became great friends with the search bar while I was researching the smoker I bought. Read all about the mods and such from the people on this forum. That was another reason I chose to be a member. I like the communication between people and the various ideas when it comes to "thinking outside the box."

 I have a pic of the bacon wrapped chicken I did yesterday but not of the butt or other two chickens from last weekend. I'll see about posting the bacon chicken and I'll be sure to get pics of the turkey this Thursday :-)
