New Smoker From NY

Hi All

I am new to smoking and cant wait for my smoker to come in. I ordered the Master Forge Double Door LPG from Lowe's after reading some decent reviews. I live on Long Island so i should be able to smoke year round. Last year I made some Venison jerky on a home made smoker and I was hooked. I look forward to using the wealth of knowledge on this forum.
