New Smoker from Florida

Hey guys or gals. My name is Nate and I live just outside of Tampa, Fl in a small area called Lutz. (That's L-oo-tz not L-uh-tz) I have had the goal of building my own smoker for a while and have finally gotten around to doing it.  I just got into hunting but have been fishing since I can remember.  So I would like to add smoking to my game cooking  repertoire. Thanks for all the helpful stuff I have found already!

Welcome!  I am somewhat of a newbie myself and this is the place to find anything about smoking.....all are very helpful.  They even have a reward for members who are the most helpful to others and most experienced; it is called the OTSB (Order of the Thin Blue Smoke).  Since I have been on, I have learned a lot of good advice from a number of experienced members.  Don't be afraid to ask.
