New Smoker from California

Hello! My name is Kevin and I live in California.

I recently got a Weber Smokey Mountain smoker and am excited to create some good smoked meats! I'd love to wow my friends with some killer meats.

I'm interested in smoking brisket and pork, among other things.

Any advise you can give a newbie like myself is much appreciated!
