Just picked up a Pitboss 820 Deluxe pellet smoker. It was an upgrade from my Oklahoma Joe Highland. Will do some smoking this weekend and post some pics.

Looks like a fine smoker. Enjoy it.

Chris

Got a late start for a smoke tonight. Started around 8pm. Doing a rack of ribs 3-2-1 style. Last picture was at the 3 hour mark when I added parkay and brown sugar before the foil. Only a couple of more hours to go!

Thanks man, I did a pork loin roast the other day as well and it turned out great. Going to do some chicken breasts today and will post some pics.

P.S. you say Semper Fi, I say Aim High:emoji_laughing:

Very nice! Glad you are here and thanks for all the pics. Like!

Always, always take and post pics :-)

Boneless skinless chicken breasts from last night! They were super moist and smoky. Turned out great! Put in brine for 24 hours and rubbed with equal portions of garlic powder, onion power, pepper, poultry seasoning, and paprika.
