New smokehouse pics

So here it is. Any help on how to use my propane burner with a cast iron pot on top, with chips; any techniques are appreciated. Not cold smoking. Soak chips? Smoke spreader? Cover pot? Never smoked before, so I'm ignorant to it. Ok, try this link:
