new smoke house ??

Hello from mississippi .im in need of a little help.getting my smoke house wrapped up and wanted to know if i should coat the inside with???.built outa pine.so when curing and smoking i dont want that pine taste in my meat.any thoughts

I used concrete backer board on the inside of mine. It's usually found near the tile in Lowe's or Home Depot
