I sold my Masterbuilt Dual Fuel and decided to go with a Smoke Hollow. As I wanted something a little larger, the 38205GW seemed to fit what I was looking for. It arrived this morning so I inboxed it and assembled. It did have a little dent in the top of the cooking chamber, but I think it will work just fine. It took me about 1 1/2 hours to put together and it's now cooking along for the break in at 350* F. I did use some Nomex gasket around the doors, probably the only modification I'll do at this point. If any Smoke Hollow users have any other suggestions, I'm all ears.

Here she is!

Just a little dent.

Break in with some TBS!

B,

Nice looking setup. Too bad about the dent. I have the SH 44 pro, so the next size bigger. I like it a lot, but am getting a needle valve for the gas. Mine has the same problem others talk about in that the only way to reduce heat below the lowest dial setting is to run it between off and high to set the flame at a lower rate. Otherwise a great unit that works well for me with one or 6 racks in use at one time.

Enjoy the new toy.

I have a needle valve I can addd if I find it runs too hot. I can live with it if it will keep below 250* F.

I put mine on wheels, made it a lot easier to move around on my own. and braced the legs at the same time.
