New rookie smoker in Winter Haven, Florida

Hello everyone. My name is Johnny and I am very new to smoking but falling in love with it very quick. lol.

I purchased a masterbuilt electric 30" smoker (the one with the glass door and remote) last week. Used it for the first time last weekend, I done a boston butt and smoked some of my homemade boudin sausage. Today I purchased an A-MAZE-N Pellet smoker, cant wait to try it out.

Well it is nice to meet everyone, I am off to do some reading on the forum.
