Hi, Gregg here from CT. After my old reliable Weber gas grill finally quit on me I took the plunge about 2 weeks ago with a Pit Boss 820 Pro pellet grill. I had never smoked anything before. In the last 2 weeks I've done burgers (fresh and straight from the freezer), chicken legs, pizza, cast iron potatoes, 2 racks of ribs and then last night I took the plunge into a small (3lb) brisket. I'm amazed at how well it's all coming out and I find myself obsessed with pellets. Great advice on the forums, I'll be visiting often!

Nice looking food. I have a pitboss Austin xl and it's been flawless for over 400 cooks. Welcome to the forum from Tennessee. Kepp those pics coming!
