I live in Nebraska and love to cook things but BBQ is my favorite. I have a Weber Performer charcoal grill with the gas ignition system and love it. I used to have a Bradley Original smoker but wasnt impressed mostly because I love charcoal anything. I like to buy bags of woodchips and soak them and put them on the coals and watch them smoke. I have the weber rotisserie that goes on top of the grill to add another rack. I can use the charcoal rack, the original performer rack and the rack on top of the rotisserie. My favorite thing to cook and eat is prime rib because its always delicious, but the thing that is the most fun for me to make is summer sausage or snackin sticks, because I like to deer hunt and like the food processing work involved with it. I use my weber performer for everything and am convinced that its the best grill.
