New Members/Roll Call

I see a few new members in "New Members" , introducing themselves. Just wondered if there was something in place to guide people to Roll Call for that initial contact with other members or is it the same or as good as Roll Call?

I think when I started I got a nice helpful message from cfarmer that had that info.

Once we have the carousel and featured threads working again, we'll be able to have some helpful links on the forum page guiding new members to Roll Call and other helpful threads, articles, etc.

Should have that working very soon.
