Hi,  I have a Traeger grill and I was looking at customer service reviews when I stumbled on this site.  I like my Traeger but I can't get it over 350 on this batch of Traeger pellets.  Wait time on their customer service was 14 minutes the first time ( I didn't wait)  and nine the second but they didn't answer after 15 minutes so I hung up.  I see the reviews are not good.  How do I get this grill up to 400 degrees?

Welcome from SC. It's good to have you on this great site. I'm just wondering, why you need 400*?
