Richard is my name live in Illinois, Addison. I am retired Electrician. I have been smoking meats,cheeses,and vegetable. I use a Big Mountain 22.5, I want to have one made someday. Wright now I am making a meat grinder to make Smoked Sausage. I love to hunt and fish and ride my Harley! I hope that i will fit in here and make some friends!
