I'm here from Southern California. Little town in the IE of Yucaipa. Anyway, I love bbqing and smoking. I've got an old Char Broil Smoker soon to be replaced with my new Christmas/Birthday present to myself.... A new Brinkmann Vertical Offset. Also have a Mastercraft 30 electric smoker and a Lexmark 5 burner gas grill with a sear station. I've been reading the forums about the Brinkmann and just had to join!
