Hi everyone,
My name is Mike and I live in Quincy MA, near Boston. I love to cook and bought a Char Broil Big Easy about a year ago to try smoking. I'm hooked. I recently bought Jeff's book which has been a huge help. I try to smoke once a week but own a small manufacturing company that keeps me pretty busy. I hope to buy a larger smoker by fall. Not sure what to get yet but I think I kind of like the pellet smokers.

As to pellet smokers, I own a Rec Tec and have nothing but praise for the unit as well as the company.  When you purchase a Rec Tec the company will give you a phone number good 24-7.  Trust me it works as they answered the phone on Easter Sunday when I called.
