  1. Hello all...thought id introduce myself. I'm a chef by trade living in ontario canada. Fairly new to the world of real low and slow bbq. I currently smoke with a broil king keg which ive had for around three years now.
    Im looking forward to meeting you all and sharing bbq and grilling experiences...and learning a thing or two from you seasoned pitmasters.
