Hi  All,

I reside in north Texas, about 50 miles north of Dallas.  I've smoked meats with a variety of contraptions over the decades, but I just got a new Smoke Hollow vertical smoker (382038G ) on Amazon.  It's the first time I've used a verical smoker or used propane for smoking.  I've done one brisket and it turned out well.
